“Fox is buying Roku”

I’ve never had any Roku devices, but if you do, it might be time to punt them.

It doesn’t sound like the plan is to build Roku and Fox into a walled ecosystem, but the Roku home screen will be used to promote Fox content.

Fox says the combined company will be the third largest in US television.
