It’s hard to read this and not think of it as representing what is happening to the country under this administration. “Wilting”, “weedy”, “gutted”, “purged”.

It’s about time (no pun intended) this gets done.

You know the saying “it’s funny because it’s true”? That should apply here, but instead, it’s a gut punch; the cynicism of the piece doesn’t just cut close to the bone, it shatters it. 😞

This is a short, clear-eyed look at another of the decisions handed down this week. It’s definitely worth a read.

“And over dinner at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, Bezos denigrated The Washington Post to Trump and essentially described the newspaper as one of his worst financial investments, months before he unsuccessfully sought a business favor from the president.” What a bunch of jerks these guys all are.

I held my nose as a cast my ballot at the last minute. Our primary setup is just a mess.

I wish we insisted that our congressmembers treat the fourth amendment as being as important as the first or second.

People are worried about a vast network of cameras and AI tech that can find anything, anywhere. My cameras are mine, and so are the recordings they produce. If a neighbor loses their dog, I’ll be happy to help, but I’m not giving anyone the footage of everything that happens on my street.

Protected bike lanes on a major artery like El Camino would really open up riding over longer distances on the Peninsula.

While it’s sad that this is necessary, I love that people are using the tech they have at home to help any way they can.
