I always buy a top-tier iPhone (and most of the other devices). I pay for Apple One Premier. (And prices just went up!) But I still have to endure these ads, and will now have to endure more of them. One of the main reasons I like Apple devices—and the point Gruber is making here—is that I’m paying a lot for a top-notch experience. It absolutely grates to read News+ now, and it’s infuriating that these crappy ads will be expanding to other parts of the ecosystem.
