“iRacing for Apple Vision Pro Now Available”

Ooh, iRacing for Vision Pro sounds pretty great, although I don’t have a wheel to try it out. Given how far I went with sim racing last time, maybe I shouldn’t be tempted again.

Besides, sim racing, especially if you have a strong wheel like I had in that picture, is surprisingly physical—it was common to be sweaty after a 45-minute race. I’d imagine that sweating like that, possibly more since the Vision Pro is tight to your face, would be pretty uncomfortable. But the immersion would probably be fantastic. Hmm….
